Where should I begin?
Start with the course that matches the market you want to understand. Spot Trading is beginner friendly; Futures Trading covers leverage and risk management. The private futures masterclass offers three days of one-on-one virtual learning. Ask us to help you choose before paying.
How does the private masterclass work?
The Private Futures Masterclass is a three-day, one-on-one programme for beginners, hosted on Zoom. The advertised price is R5,000 or $250. Confirm session dates, times and joining arrangements with the team before booking.
Are courses and memberships the same?
Courses focus on structured learning. Memberships provide the research, updates and community features listed on the memberships page, at the advertised monthly price. They are separate offerings; only the bonuses stated on a course page are included with that course.
Will I receive recordings or ongoing access?
Lifetime access to course material is advertised for the Futures Trading and Spot Trading courses. Recording availability, delivery platforms and access arrangements for your chosen offering should be confirmed in writing before you pay.
How do payment and registration work?
Payments are made by cryptocurrency or EFT, with instructions provided personally through our official WhatsApp number. Choose an offering and enquire; the team confirms availability, the price, payment details and access arrangements. This website does not take payments. Verify the recipient and, for crypto, the exact network and wallet address before sending funds.
When does the November VVIP offer apply?
VVIP Futures Signals is $10 per month for 1–30 November 2026, using South African time (Africa/Johannesburg). The standard price is $20 per month outside that period. The promotional price is for November only; it is not a permanent discounted rate.
Can I cancel, reschedule or request a refund?
Once you have joined a paid group and received its content, cancellation for a refund of that supplied access/content is not available, except where required by applicable law. For Zoom classes, confirm any rescheduling terms before booking. If access has not been supplied or there is a payment or service problem, contact the team for review. Read the full cancellations policy before paying.
Where are classes held?
Classes are hosted on Zoom. The team confirms your session schedule and joining instructions through WhatsApp. Recording availability and any platform or device requirements should be confirmed for your chosen booking.
Do I need trading capital or a specific device?
Learning is separate from placing a trade. Ask about the device, internet and platform requirements for your chosen course before booking. You do not need to send trading funds, wallet seed phrases or exchange passwords to enquire.
Are profits or trading outcomes guaranteed?
No. Crypto Dimensions provides education, research and community information. Cryptocurrency and leveraged futures trading involve substantial risk, including loss of capital. Course completion or access to signals does not guarantee profits.
