From Engineering to Entrepreneurship
Dr Thembi Shilenge grew up in Mmakaunyana, South Africa. She studied chemical engineering and began her professional career in the mining industry, a technical foundation built on analysis, precision and problem-solving.
The Discovery of Digital Finance
A growing curiosity about Bitcoin and emerging financial technologies drew her into cryptocurrency and blockchain. Through independent learning, research and personal experience, she developed a deep interest in the possibilities of digital finance.
The Birth of Crypto Dimensions
In September 2020 she established Crypto Dimensions, with the ambition of making cryptocurrency knowledge more accessible and empowering others to understand the changing financial landscape.
Leading a New Generation
Today her focus is helping people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to participate more thoughtfully in digital finance, through structured education and an engaged community.
